Don Mueang Airport fast track (DMK) means a staff member meets you and walks you through priority lanes at immigration, so you avoid the longest queues at Bangkok’s second airport. Our own Don Mueang fast track package is not on sale at the moment. This guide explains how the service usually works and what to check before you fly.

What is Don Mueang Airport fast track?
Don Mueang is Bangkok’s older airport. Today it is mainly used by low-cost airlines on domestic and regional routes. At peak times the queues at international arrivals immigration can be long, especially when several flights land together.
A fast track (meet and assist) service usually includes:
- Arrival: an assistant meets you at the aircraft gate or airbridge with a name sign, takes you through a priority immigration lane, helps at baggage claim and walks you through customs to the arrivals hall or your driver.
- Departure: an assistant meets you at an agreed point in the departure hall, helps with check-in, takes you through priority immigration and security, then leaves you at the lounge or gate.
- Lounge add-ons: some packages add time in an airport lounge before your flight.
Who provides the service, where you meet and the exact steps vary. Always follow the instructions on your voucher.

Before you fly into Bangkok
- Fill in the online Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) before you travel, as it is now part of the entry process. Check the official requirements for your nationality.
- Have your passport, onward or return ticket and accommodation details ready.
- Book any meet and assist service well ahead. Many providers will not accept last-minute requests.
- Give your exact flight number and keep your phone switched on when you land.

Does fast track skip immigration completely?
No. You still go through passport control. You just use a priority lane with an assistant beside you, which is usually much quicker.
Is fast track available for departures as well as arrivals?
Usually yes. Departure services normally cover check-in help, priority immigration and an escort to the lounge or gate.
Do children need their own booking?
Most providers charge per person, with infants often free. Bring original passports for everyone, including babies.
Which Bangkok airport is my flight using?
Check your ticket. Bangkok has two airports, Don Mueang (DMK) and Suvarnabhumi (BKK), and services at one do not cover the other.
