How to Book in Five Steps
Every tour, dinner show, transfer and custom package on this site can be booked and paid online. Here's exactly what happens from the first search to your confirmation — and how to reach a real person at any point.

Tour search
Find what you're looking for
There are two search forms and a sorting menu on the tours pages, so you can get to the right trip quickly however you like to browse.
- Search by name if you already know the tour or the place you want to see.
- Filter by tour type — Dinner & Show, Floating Market, island hopping, private charters and more.
- Choose a destination to narrow results to a city or region, such as Phuket or Krabi.
- Sort by price from the drop-down when budget is the deciding factor.

Each tour page carries the full itinerary and description, what is and isn't included, pick-up details and what we suggest you bring. We'd rather over-inform than surprise you on the day.

Book the tour
A short form on every tour page
Before you book anything, please check your dates with us first. Boats, shows and private guides have real capacity limits, and a quick message lets us confirm availability before you pay. A pop-up on the booking form will remind you.
Once availability is confirmed, go back to the tour page and complete the booking form. All it needs is:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The date you'd like to travel

Review before you pay
After the booking form you'll land on the Tour Cart page, which lists everything you've chosen. Change dates, guest numbers or remove an item here — nothing is charged until you place the order on the next page.

How to pay
Billing details, then place your order
- Basic billing details for the payment.
- Order notes — tell us anything we should know: vegetarian meals, a hotel pick-up point, a birthday on board.
- WhatsApp number if you use it, so your driver or guide can reach you on the day.
- Check your order summary, tick "Agree to terms", then click Place Order.
Your confirmation and receipt arrive by email, and a member of our team follows up personally with pick-up times.
Methods of payment
Pay the way that suits you
All card payments run through a secure, bank-hosted gateway. We never see or store your card number.

One-time passcode (OTP)
When you enter your card details, the bank sends a one-time code to the mobile number registered to that card. Use the same phone number your bank has on file, and keep that phone with you when you pay.
Paying by WISE
For larger bookings and custom packages, WISE offers cheap international transfers at the real exchange rate. Ask us and we'll send the details with your quote.
Before you book
Booking questions, answered
Do I really need to contact you before booking?
Please do — it takes a minute and saves disappointment. Boats, shows and private guides have fixed capacity, and dates around Christmas, New Year and Songkran fill early. We confirm availability, then you book and pay online with certainty.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Card payments are handled by a bank-hosted gateway with 3-D Secure (the OTP step). Your card details go to the bank, never to us. Confirmation and a receipt are emailed automatically.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Prices are shown in Thai baht and your card is charged in baht; your bank converts at its own rate. For larger amounts WISE usually gives a better rate than a card — ask us for details.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Contact us as soon as plans change. Changes are handled case by case with the operator, and cancellations follow our booking conditions and cancellation policy, which are linked in the site footer and shown at checkout.
How do I reach you on the day of the tour?
Your confirmation email includes our phone and WhatsApp numbers, and our Thai team is on the ground in Phuket. Leaving your WhatsApp number in the order notes means your driver can message you directly.
