2. We confirm everything with you personally. The team contacts you on WhatsApp (or by email if you’re not on WhatsApp) to confirm your tour, date, group, and — most importantly — your exact pickup time and waiting point.
3. On the day, we stay in touch. If your pickup is running late, we’ll message you, so you’re never left wondering.
4. Questions about an existing booking? Message the team on WhatsApp at +66 95 038 5535 with your order number. Hannah, our AI travel specialist, can help you plan and price new tours any hour, but she can’t see existing bookings — the team handles those.
