What to expect
After a welcome drink, the instructor introduces Thai herbs and ingredients, then guides you dish by dish at your own cooking station. Typical menus include a stir-fry, a soup such as tom yum, a curry paste pounded by hand and the curry made from it, green papaya salad, and mango with sticky rice and coconut milk. You eat as you go, so come hungry.
Class times
Three classes run each day, each about four hours:
- Morning class: 09:00 to 13:00
- Afternoon class: 13:00 to 17:00
- Evening class: 17:00 to 21:00
The team will confirm your pickup time when you book.
What to bring
- Light, comfortable clothes; kitchens in Thailand are warm.
- Closed or comfortable shoes.
- Your appetite and any allergy or dietary details (add them at checkout).

- Choose the morning class if you want to keep the evening free in Ao Nang.
