It features a complete community infrastructure—including houses, restaurants, a school, a mosque, and even a famous floating football pitch built by local children. Visitors often stop here during bay tours to sample fresh seafood, shop for handcrafted souvenirs, and admire this remarkable, water-bound way of life.

Canoeing at Panak Island offers an unforgettable adventure through sea caves and tidal tunnels. Guided paddlers navigate dark limestone caverns to discover hidden interior lagoons (hongs), glowing stalactites, and tranquil mangrove ecosystems untouched by large boats. It is one of Phang Nga Bay’s top paddling experiences.
