A monsoon-season forecast says "showers"; the Lamai or Khao Lak cam shows you whether the boats are out and the water is flat.

Krabi, Phi Phi & the west-coast beaches
No camera yet — here's what we do instead
There is currently no reliable public live stream of Ao Nang, Railay, Phi Phi, Kata or Karon; the ones that appear tend to vanish within weeks, so we don't list them. For those beaches our team in Phuket is the camera — message us on the day and we'll tell you honestly what the sea and sky are doing, with a photo if you want one.

Live camera questions
Are these Phuket Dream Company's cameras?
No — they're public live streams published by hotels, bars, resorts and local enthusiasts, embedded here with credit and a link to each source. We check them regularly and remove any that go offline.
Why is a camera black or 'unavailable'?
Live streams restart, lose internet or get switched off for maintenance. Try another camera from the same region; the Samui cams in particular are very reliable. If one stays down, let us know and we'll replace it.
What time should I watch for the best view?
Thailand is UTC+7. Sunrise is around 06:15 and sunset around 18:30 year-round, so 06:00–08:00 and 17:30–19:00 Thai time are the golden hours — the clock at the top of the page shows the local time now.
Can I book the things I see on camera?
Yes. Each camera links to the tours, boats or transfers for that area, and everything on this site is bookable online. If you spot a boat, beach or bar you like, send us a screenshot and we'll tell you what it is.
Why no camera for Phi Phi or Krabi?
There isn't a stable public stream for them right now. We only list cameras that have been live for months, because a page of dead feeds helps nobody. Ask our team for a same-day report on conditions instead.
