Routes you can choose
The charter rates below cover three classic Krabi routes. Your group picks one when booking:
- 4 Islands – Talay Waek (the “separated sea” sandbar), Poda Island, Chicken Island and Railay Beach. Calm, sheltered water and short hops between stops.
- Hong Island – the Hong group with Lao Lading, Pakbia and Rai islands: lagoons, limestone walls and quiet white-sand beaches.
- Phi Phi Islands – Phi Phi Don and Phi Phi Leh. The longest crossing, best on a calm day. Note that Maya Bay on Phi Phi Leh closes every year for about two months (1 August – 30 September in 2026), and swimming is not allowed inside the bay.
What to expect on the day
The standard charter is 7 hours on the water, either 10.00–17.00 or 11.00–18.00, with extra hours available. A typical day looks like this:
- Meet the crew at the departure pier in Krabi and board with a welcome mocktail.
- Cruise to your first island while the DJ warms up and the bar opens.
- Anchor for swimming, snorkelling, paddle boarding and the slider.
- Lunch on board (food packages are booked separately – see the notes below).
- One or two more island stops, then an afternoon cruise back to the pier.
Exact island order depends on tides, weather and national park rules on the day. The skipper always has the final say on safety.
Departure point and transfers
The rate sheet below lists Klong Jilad Pier in Krabi town as the departure point. Hotel transfers are not included in the charter price, and food and drink packages cost extra. The team will confirm the pier, transfer options and catering when you book.
What to bring
- Swimwear, a light cover-up and a change of clothes.
- Reef-safe sunscreen, hat and sunglasses.
- Cash for national park fees if your route needs them, plus tips for the crew.
- A waterproof phone pouch for photos in the water.
Tips from our team
- Book well ahead for December to April and public holidays. Peak-date surcharges apply on certain dates (see the notes below).
- For groups with children or non-swimmers, the 4 Islands route has the calmest water and shortest crossings.
- Outside food and drink incur a corkage charge, so plan catering with us in advance.
- From about May to October the southwest monsoon can bring rougher seas, and routes may be changed for safety.

How many people can join a Lobster yacht charter in Krabi?
The boat is licensed for well over 100 day guests, and the charter rates below are banded by group size up to 120 people.
Is this a shared tour?
No. This is a private charter: the whole yacht, crew and DJ are for your group only.
Are food and alcohol included?
Soft drinks, water, a welcome drink and seasonal fruit are included. Food and alcohol are extra and can be arranged as packages through the team.
Can we hold a party or wedding on board?
Yes. The sound system, lighting, bar and DJ booth make it a popular choice for celebrations and company events. Tell us your plans when booking so the crew can prepare.
Are hotel transfers included?
No. Land transfers can be added for an extra charge. The team will quote them for your hotel.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The captain may change the route or timing for safety. If the trip cannot run, the team will discuss a new date or other options with you.
