Phuket to Phi Phi ferry times

The current schedule for this ticket is in the table below. The morning ferry leaves Rassada Pier at 08.30 and the afternoon ferry at 13.45, and there are two return sailings from Laem Tong. The Laem Tong service takes longer than a direct run to Tonsai Pier, around three hours as scheduled, because the boat calls at other stops on the way. Times can change by season and with the weather.

What to expect

1. A van collects you from your hotel and takes you to Rassada Pier, near Phuket Town. Our team confirms the pickup time.
2. Check in at the ferry counter and get your boarding pass. Luggage is stored on board.
3. Sail across the Andaman Sea in an air-conditioned cabin, or sit out on the open deck.
4. Arrive at Laem Tong. Your resort is usually nearby, so let your hotel know your arrival time.

Laem Tong or Tonsai Pier?

Tonsai Pier is the main village pier on Phi Phi Don, close to most guesthouses, bars and restaurants. Laem Tong is at the far north-east of the island, near several larger beach resorts. Check which side your hotel is on before you book. If you are staying in Tonsai or Loh Dalum, our ferry tickets to Tonsai Pier are the better choice.

Phi Phi entry fee

Visitors arriving on Phi Phi Don pay a small island entry or cleaning fee at the pier. This is collected locally and is not part of the ferry ticket. Our team can tell you the current amount when you book.
