Dream World is one of Thailand’s best-known theme parks, on the northern outskirts of Bangkok in Pathum Thani province. Book your Dream World Bangkok tickets here for a full day of roller coasters, water rides, a walk-through snow zone and shows that suit both children and adults.

We offer entrance tickets, with optional add-ons for Snow Town, a buffet lunch and shared or private return transfers from Bangkok. It is a welcome break from temples and shopping, especially if you are travelling with kids.

Park zones and what to expect

The park is laid out in themed areas around a central lake. Dream World Plaza is the entrance area, Dream Garden has the cable car and gardens, Fantasy Land has the castle and the Giant’s House, and Adventure Land is where you find the big coasters, the Viking ship and Snow Town.

Plan a full day. Most families start with the big rides while queues are short, take lunch in the middle of the day, then finish with the gentler rides and shows in the afternoon.

Traffic north of Bangkok can be heavy, so allow plenty of time each way. The simplest option is to add a return transfer from your hotel when you book (see the option prices below).

Height rules

Child prices apply to children between 90 and 145 cm. Some of the most intense rides have a minimum height (around 140 cm for the scariest rides), so smaller children will mainly enjoy the family rides.

What to bring

• Sun cream, a hat and comfortable shoes; there is a lot of walking
• A change of clothes or a light rain jacket for the water rides
• Long trousers and socks for Snow Town (coats and boots can be hired at the entrance)
• Your passport or ID if you have a child ticket

Tips

• Weekdays are much quieter than weekends and Thai school holidays
• Do the water rides after lunch when it is hottest
• Keep an eye on small children near the lakes, as many areas are open water
