1. Customized Bookings and Holiday Packages, Private Boat Rentals, Yacht, Catamaran, and Ground Transportation:
For these personalized services, group bookings, and functions, clients have the flexibility to secure their reservation through a two-step payment process:
We do not accept reservations without payment. Your booking will be confirmed once we receive either the FULL payment or a 50% booking deposit.
A 50% booking deposit secures your reservation, but the booking is considered “Status Confirmed” only after Full Payment is received.
- Step 1: 50% Deposit or FULL Payment: A 50% booking deposit OR FULL Payment is required to secure the reservation.
- Step 2: Full Payment: Full payment is due no later than 7 days prior to the booking date. Please note that specific payment timelines may vary based on individual hotels, operators, and their booking policies.

- Full Payment: To secure the booking, clients are required to make the full payment at the time of reservation.
